An exclusive opportunity awaits you to join our elite team of surgeons. We are actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to become an invaluable member of our practice, working out of our esteemed Newport News and Williamsburg locations.
Your dedication and expertise will be rewarded through our comprehensive compensation package. It includes a competitive base salary, commission, and an equity incentive unit program. As you consistently excel in your performance, your compensation will grow through increased commission pay and equity participation.
