An exceptional opportunity awaits you to join our esteemed team of surgeons at McCollough Plastic Surgery. We are actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to become an integral part of our practice, operating from our stunning Gulf Shores location.
Your dedication and expertise will be generously rewarded through our comprehensive compensation package. It includes a competitive base salary, commission, and an equity incentive unit program. As your performance continues to soar, your compensation will increase through enhanced commission pay and equity participation.
