A thriving, seven-year-old private cosmetic surgery practice in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a skilled Junior Associate Plastic Surgeon with a strong interest in facial or body aesthetics. This opportunity offers a hybrid compensation model featuring a guaranteed base salary during ramp-up plus 25% production commission, with the option to move into a commission-only structure (W-2 or 1099). W-2 employees receive full benefits, malpractice coverage, CME support, PTO, and optional relocation assistance. Low-intensity aesthetic call and a stable, growth-driven environment make this a uniquely supportive role for both newly trained and experienced aesthetic surgeons.
The ideal candidate brings excellent aesthetic judgment, meticulous technique, and a passion for natural, high-quality results—including strengths in facial aesthetics (facelift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty) and/or body contouring (lipo, abdominoplasty, breast aesthetics, massive weight loss cases). While partnership is not guaranteed, strong long-term performance may open discretionary opportunities for partnership. Internationally trained and visa candidates may be considered if U.S. licensed and board-eligible/certified.
