A highly regarded private cosmetic and aesthetic plastic surgery practice in an exclusive Los Angeles location is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join the practice due to continued growth and strong patient demand. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-volume, brand-driven practice with immediate surgical opportunity and long-term upside.

Position Overview

This is a full-time employed position within an established aesthetic practice known for its premium patient base, strong referral network, and national and international visibility—particularly in facial plastic surgery. The practice is expanding capacity and seeks a surgeon who is motivated to build volume quickly and grow within a sophisticated, supportive environment.

Compensation & Financial Opportunity

Compensation is intentionally flexible and designed to be highly competitive. Structures may include:

• Base salary with strong production and incentive upside or

• A production- and profit-sharing–focused compensation model for the right candidate

Given the high surgical volume, strong inbound patient demand, and established brand, there is meaningful opportunity for substantial earnings and long-term financial growth.

Sign-On / Incentives

• Highly competitive incentive and production bonuses

• Potential sign-on bonus, structured individually

• No income or production payback required

• Sign-on bonus subject only to pro-rated repayment if employment ends within the first 12 months

Partnership & Equity

• Open to partnership discussions

• Typical evaluation for partnership occurs at 18–24 months, based on:

  • Surgical volume and outcomes

  • Patient satisfaction

  • Team integration

  • Overall contribution to the practice

• Potential future equity participation may be discussed after an initial employed period

• Practice purchase not available at this time

Call Responsibilities

• Call limited to the surgeon’s own patients

• Occasional coverage when the practice owner is out of town

• No routine hospital call
