Exceptional North Virgina – Washington DC Metro Opportunity
About the Practice
Our client is a premier, 100% cash-pay aesthetic practice in the Northern VA-Washington, D.C. metro area, operating two state-of-the-art locations. The client’s practices are located in the highest-median-income county in the United, and one of the largest business hubs in the country. They own their own QUAD-A accredited surgery center and carry a leading regional brand; with a strong social media following and a dedicated marketing engine behind it.
The Opportunity
The client is seeking a board-certified (or board-eligible) Plastic Surgeon focused on aesthetic surgery. This is a rare surgeon-first role: no insurance, no call except for your own patients, and no administrative burden. You focus on patients and surgery — the client handles everything else. A strong physician assistant team supports pre-op and post-op care, and our marketing team actively helps you build your practice.
What Makes This Different
- 100% aesthetic, all cash-pay — no insurance panels, no reimbursement games
- No call beyond covering your own patients
- No administrative headaches — operations, billing, and back office are handled for you
- On-site QUAD-A accredited surgery center
- Dedicated PA team managing pre-op and post-op
- Established, award-winning brand with strong marketing and social media support

Responsibilities
- Deliver the full range of aesthetic and cosmetic surgical care.
- Actively participate in building your own patient book — including practice events, social media, and marketing initiatives.
- Partner with the client’s marketing team to grow your personal brand within the practice.
- Provide the safety-first, high-touch patient experience our brand is known for.
Qualifications
Board-certified in Plastic Surgery preferred; board-eligible considered
- Significant aesthetic surgery experience, through either:
- An aesthetic surgery fellowship (a plus), or
- 2–3 years in a primarily aesthetic practice environment
- Willingness to actively participate in marketing and practice-building activities
Local surgeons with an existing following are especially encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
