ESA Medical Resources is working with an upscale & well established plastic surgery practice in the Atlanta metro area that is seeking a motivated, Board Certified/Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join their amazing & growing team.
The Practice: The client’s practice offers a full range of aesthetic surgery procedures and includes a great team with well-trained physician assistants, patient care coordinators, nursing staff, and in-house social media team to help market our services. They have an onsite Medicare certified & Quad-A fully accredited & certified ambulatory surgery center with two (2) main operating rooms equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. They also have an onsite state-of-the-art world class full service Medical Spa, Amachi MedSpa, which increases patient flow. The practice is 97 – 99% cosmetic and 1-3% reconstructive.
The Location: The client’s 14,000 SF 2 story office building located in the Atlanta metro area offers high traffic visibility, great accessibility, & near major hospitals.
The Team: The client’s team includes a board certified Plastic Surgeon, two (2) certified physician assistants, highly trained & experienced peri-operative nurses, surgical staff, consulting support staff, and social media staff for your growth.
The compensation: The client’s compensation plan is very competitive and flexible with an initial guaranteed salary and production bonus for new graduates. This would be a partner track position with the idea to become a partner. For those looking for a practice sharing option, or “eat what you kill” there is an opportunity for independent practice with overhead sharing.
