Northern California Associate Facial Plastic Surgeon Opportunity

ESA Medical Resources in assisting a Northern California client recruit an associate facial plastic surgeon for their practice. Located near a high-tech west coast metropolitan area, the practice has been a trusted leader in cosmetic plastic surgery for over 35 years and offers both traditional and innovative surgery solutions for both men and women.

The client is seeking the following in an associate:

• Excellent bedside manner
• Ability to counsel patients effectively pre and post op
• Possess leadership abilities
• Can manage a team / staff
• Desire to grow a practice with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Experienced facial plastic surgeon (cosmetic)
• Injectables and non-surgical experience a plus
• Strong business acumen
• Self-motivated
• Openminded to learning and adopting new surgical techniques
• A desire to never stop learning and improving (commitment to travel to attend conferences and live trainings)
• Fellowship Training is preferred
