Compensation

Income Guarantee:

• 6-month guaranteed draw of $10,000–$15,000 per month during ramp-up

Production Compensation:

• 30–33% of collections
• Transitions to commission-only after guarantee period
• Sign-on bonus considered for highly qualified candidates
• No payback requirement

• Breast: Augmentation, lift, reduction
• Body: Abdominoplasty, liposuction, mommy makeover

Strong before-and-after portfolio required.
