Plastic Surgeon

ESA Medical Resources is assisting a thriving Kansas multi-surgeon practice recruit a plastic surgeon to join their practice. The practice is in a free-standing facility which includes an ambulatory surgery center and on-site aesthetic/skin care section which includes five additional providers.  The practice is growing and especially thriving and has a large cosmetic demand wave, and also enjoys a strong referral base for breast reconstruction and skin cancer surgery.

The practice would be well-balanced with an additional surgeon with an interest in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, and would be conducive to one developing a hand surgery practice if desired. There is also an unmet demand for microsurgical breast reconstruction.
