Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

ESA Medical Resources is assisting a well established 100% aesthetic plastic surgery practice in Northwest, KY is looking for a plastic surgeon.  With a long-standing reputation, built-in referral network, good marketing, large catchment area and AAAHC-certified office based surgery center, the practice is able to support a dedicated plastic surgeon who wants to build their career very quickly. The founding surgeon is retiring, and the current surgeon is too busy at his primary practice to serve the community in the way that it needs. This is the perfect opportunity for a young plastic surgeon who wants to put down roots in a small town with a low cost of living where they can build a good life and wealth for their posterity. The ideal candidate is a current or rising chief resident in an ACGME-approved plastic surgery program, or current or rising fellow in a reputable training program; aesthetic surgery would be preferred, but all subspecialty fellows are more than welcome to apply. Hard working, experienced, board certified plastic surgeons with flawless track records and ties to the area who are looking for an opportunity here are also encouraged to apply.

The initial position will be one of employment with base salary, performance based bonus, and full benefits (minus retirement plan/401k). At no later than 2 years , the surgeon will become eligible for buy-in to a multi-site plastic surgery/medspa/surgery center practice management platform.
