An established plastic surgery practice near San Diego is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Plastic Surgeon to join their practice. Located in a welcoming community near San Diego, this position offers a premier opportunity to join a thriving practice with a clear path to future ownership.

The Practice & Opportunity

• Location: Ideally situated 20 minutes from San Diego, offering excellent schools and more affordable housing than the city proper.
• Facility: Features attractive practice space, Med-Spa, and a Medicare-certified stand-alone operating room.
• Mentorship: Work alongside a highly esteemed surgeon with over 30 years of experience, who is a past president of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons and the San Diego County Medical Society.
• Growth Potential: This role is designed for long-term growth with the intent for the associate to eventually take over the practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• Income Structure: 40% of net collections.
• Incentives: 10% on OPA services for the surgeon’s patients and a dedicated marketing budget.
• Future Ownership: A partnership buy-in opportunity is available after three years.
• Equity: Sweat equity buy-in options are available, with 5% held in a segregated escrow account.
• Call Requirements: ER call per individual.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience Level: The practice will consider both newly trained fellowship candidates (Board Eligible) and experienced surgeons (Board Certified).
• Clinical Skills: Candidates must be well-versed in all types of plastic surgery, including both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Visa Support: The practice is open to accepting visa candidates.
