Plastic Surgeon

Busy Seattle area plastic surgery practice is seeking an experienced or newly trained board certified or board eligible plastic surgeon to join their practice for a associate or partnership opportunity. Client is offering a competitive compensation package that incudes an excellent productivity bonus structure.

This is a 100% aesthetic practice with an accredited 2-OR surgical facility. Senior surgeon anticipating retirement in 3-5 years. There is no ER call requirement and no referral base for reconstructive cases. Associate will need to actively develop their own clientele and be self-motivated. Ideal candidate is ABPS-certified and has some ties to the Seattle.

The practice is located in a suburb of Seattle with excellent schools, access to a variety of cultural and recreational activities, and natural beauty.
