Pincus Plastic Surgery is a high-volume plastic surgery practice with offices in
Smithtown, New York, and Boca Raton, Florida. Led by Dr. David Pincus, our practice
offers comprehensive cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery with a conciergelevel patient experience. We are seeking a full-time, motivated associate plastic
surgeon to join our growing team. This position provides a balanced mix of cosmetic
surgery and insurance-based reconstructive cases, with the opportunity to build an
independent patient base and long-term growth within the practice.
Responsibilities:
Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
Perform plastic and insurance-based reconstructive procedures.
Assist Dr. Pincus as needed in clinical or surgical cases.
Participate in office and hospital call coverage.
Develop and grow a personal patient base.
Completion of an accredited plastic surgery residency or training program.
Board-eligible or board-certified in plastic surgery, as applicable. (ABPS)
Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
