ESA Medical Resources is working with 15-year-old private practice that is expanding to the south Florida gulf coast. Our client’s practice is 100% cosmetic with multiple modern facilities both in Florida and out of state. Our client has an need for a board certified/eligible plastic surgeon. They a are seeking a face and body surgeon, and a facial plastic surgeon. The practice is offering a competitive salary & full benefit package. Partnership buy in is available.
Responsibilities and Duties of Plastic Surgeon:
Consult with patients, identify patient care requirements, advise on best surgical options and associated risks. Maintain patient medical records detailing all treatment procedures, medication history, before and after photos and treatment plan. Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications / Skills:
Excellent communication skills with professionalism
Excellent customer service and consultative skills
Impeccable bedside manner
Requirements:
Board certified/eligible Must possess good physical, mental, and emotional health.
The practice is located on the beautiful south Florida Gulf coast a short drive to Tampa.
