Associate Aesthetic Breast and Body Plastic Surgeon- Florida Treasure Coast

ESA Medical Resources is assisting a premier aesthetic plastic surgery practice on the Treasure Coast of Florida, specializing in face, breast and body procedures, recruit a breast and body surgeon to join their 100% cosmetic/aesthetic practice.  The client’s state-of-the-art facility that includes 2 certified operating rooms and 4-bed recovery area. In house Hotel with private rooms which elevate the post surgical experience.

 

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with expertise in aesthetic breast and body procedures. Interested in both newly trained and experienced candidates.  This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a renowned facial plastic surgeon, build a thriving patient base, and establish a long-term career in a high-demand, upscale market.

The candidate will have no competition within the practice for all Breast and Body Surgery and no restrictions on facial surgery. Plastic Surgeon that specialized in Breast and Body surgery in their practice generated averaged $2.3 million/ year in revenues in the first 3 years of practice     (2003-2006) retired after 20  years in practice in 2023. (ONLY DOING BREAST AND BODY SURGERY)

Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic breast and body plastic surgery procedures, including breast augmentation, lifts, reductions, liposuction, tummy tucks, and body contouring.
• Provide comprehensive patient consultations and develop personalized surgical plans.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, care, and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through marketing efforts, patient engagement, and professional networking.
• Stay current on the latest advancements and techniques in aesthetic plastic surgery.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in aesthetic surgery (preferred).
• Strong surgical skills with a focus on breast and body procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient care and high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with a team in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

The main office 3rd floor is a registered hotel where our client’s patients have overnight stays with trained personnel to insure a safe and great post operative experience.
