ESA Medical Resources is assisting a Houston area client market the sale of their surgery center and med-spa.
The surgery center and med-spa is located in 6,000 sq ft leased office space. The state certified surgery center completed in 2020 includes 2 ORs and a recovery area. The office also includes 4 exam rooms, 3 offices, and a nuclear testing room. The owner does cosmetic procedures in the ORs; as well as, rents to other surgeons to use.
The med-spa related treatments performed by the practice includes lipo, Botox, Juvederm, hydra facials, micro dermabrasion, and weight loss procedures.
The practice grossed between $1.9M and $2.6M over the past three years.  The client is asking $2M for the practice. All equipment and furnishing convey with the sale of the practice.
