Aesthetic Injector Opportunity

ESA Medical Resources is working with a Manhattan client that is seeking a RN/PA/NP Aesthetic Injector to join their practice.  They are seeking a candidate that serves as a pivotal member of their cosmetic dermatology practice, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on driving sales and enhancing the patient experience. With a primary emphasis on delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions, the candidate utilizes their knowledge and skills to meet patient needs while achieving sales targets and revenue goals. They are responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction, responsiveness, and engagement while maximizing sales opportunities and revenue generation. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our patients’ lives and contribute to our Practice’s reputation for excellence in Provider care.

 

Qualifications:

• Certified mid-level provider (Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)

with relevant licensure and credentials.

• Proven experience in administering injectables, performing laser procedures, and

delivering aesthetic treatments in a clinical setting.

• Strong sales acumen and results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or

exceeding sales targets and objectives.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and

record-keeping purposes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and

trust with clients while effectively conveying the value proposition of recommended

treatments and products.

• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to take

initiative and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and achieving both clinical and

sales goals.
