ESA Medical Resources is assisting a highly successful Manhattan client recruit an experienced plastic surgeon for an exceptional equity buy-in opportunity.  The practice with a surgical OR facility, and 2 med-spa locations is an aesthetic practice offering an array of solutions for enhancing and rejuvenating the face, breasts, and body.

Income guarantee to be individualized. Very strong incentive offered for productivity, in addition to equity in the overall business.

There is no hospital call.

The successful candidate will be a board-certified Plastic Surgeon with at least three years of post-residency experience, confident, and with an excellent track record with facial rejuvenation procedures, as well as body contouring, and breast implant surgery.

The successful candidate must understand the values of the practice, and will be intimately involved in all aspects of the practice, including elements of training and supervision of Aesthetic coordinators, aestheticians, and nurse injectors/physician assistants.

As important as surgical skills is an exceptional ability to connect with, and educate patients; as well as, to mentor and teach the affiliated providers in the practice.

The practice is located in vibrant Manhattan, the iconic borough that defines New York City. Manhattan has world-class museums, iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building and Central Park.
