ESA Medical Resources is assisting a well-established plastic surgery practice along the Jersey Shore of New Jersey, dedicated to providing exceptional surgical care in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures recruit a Plastic/Reconstruction Surgeon to join their practice. Our client’s practice is known for its commitment to innovation, patient satisfaction, and outstanding surgical outcomes. Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated General Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join their team and contribute to their growing patient base.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with a strong background in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful practice in a high-demand area with an existing referral network and hospital affiliations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, including breast reconstruction, hand surgery, trauma, skin cancer reconstruction, liposuction, and aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with referring physicians, hospitals, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Participate in practice development, patient outreach, and professional networking.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery.
- Fellowship training in microsurgery, hand surgery, or another subspecialty (preferred but not required).
- Strong technical skills in both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
