ESA Medical Resources is assisting a premier aesthetic and cosmetic surgery practice in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, dedicated to providing top-tier surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments recruit an experienced plastic surgeon to join their practice. Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon with at least one year of post-residency experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about cosmetic surgery, skilled in advanced aesthetic procedures, and committed to delivering natural, transformative results to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of cosmetic surgical procedures, including but not limited to facelifts, breast augmentations, body contouring, rhinoplasty, and liposuction.
- Offer non-surgical aesthetic treatments, such as injectables and laser-based procedures.
- Consult with patients to develop customized treatment plans aligned with their aesthetic goals.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety throughout pre-op, surgery, and post-op care.
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled medical professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Stay current with the latest techniques and advancements in aesthetic plastic surgery.
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of an accredited plastic surgery residency program.
- Minimum one year of post-residency experience in aesthetic plastic surgery.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery.
- Valid Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain one).
- Exceptional surgical skills and artistic eye for aesthetic procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build patient trust and satisfaction.
